My wife and I were both really pleased with our 3 night stay at the hotel. Location is approx 2 miles from the city centre however the adjacent metro station makes it really easy to get around the city. Room was well equiped, sea view, complimentary drinks, everything you`d expect from a good 4 star hotel. Good value too, didn`t find any faults at all during our stay.

NO PROBLEMS WITH THIS HOTEL AT ALL. ROOM WAS EXACTLY AS ILLUSTRATED. DID NOT USE SPA OR SAUNA AS NAKED SMILING OCCUPANTS A LITTLE SCARY.

I would recommend the hotel. Clean comfortable and well appointed. Excellent staff.

view from the 17th floor was allways of interest the all glass bathroom quite special but what let the hotel down was at night it was incredibly noisey hotel motor noises traffic voices next door etc etc

The room had a balcony but no table or chairs to use on the balcony.

Lovely rooms; quiet, friendly, discreet service. Great to have swimming pools and mini gym. Towels provided free for both. Not too dear compared to other hotels. very close to excellent shopping mall and undergound station. Good air conditioning. Nothing bad to say about this hotel - excellent standard.

Hotel was well furnished and staff were friendly and helpful.Rooms would have benefited from tea and coffee making facilities.

Good breakfast choice - clean comfortable rooms - professional staff - good facilities - quiet location - only 15 minutes from centre by metro - next to large shopping mal with wide variety of eating places - if asking for no-smoking room, then confirm you have one booked as we had a problem with this on arrival even though we had booked no-smoking - they did sort it out in the end after a bit of a fuss.

My partner and I plus our children have just returned from Barcelona, having stayed at The Princess. The staff were extremely friendly - especially the bar staff in the corner bar. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were fabulous - son had so much fun playing with the blinds! The layout was original and modern. Everywhere was clean and it was nice to have the added luxury of a dressing gown and slippers. The little extras were good - not just your run-of-the-mill shower gel and soap but dental kit, shaving kit, comb and file. The breakfasts were excellent and such a variety of food and beverages. The hotel is perfectly situated for the tourist bus, the metro ( which puts our London Underground to shame) and the beach. The only criticism I have were the lifts - rather slow and often had to queue and wait. I would definitely return to stay at this hotel.

Only one thing that both Ms Fisher and remarked on. No Mirror near to the plug socket. Only mirror in shower/basin area. Could not plug in hair straighteners.

Great rooms and service. Staff were always very friendly and helpful. The hotel had great travel links with bus, tram and underground stops all really close. The hotel also had one of the best views of the city.

This hotel was superb. One of the best views from a hotel that I have ever had. And also the best equipped room. The only downsize was how far it was by taxi from the main part of the town.

The location is good for this hotel, about 10 mins outside La Rambla the main tourist area, but the tourist bus stops right outside which is a gerat way to see the city. The breakfast was huge with plenty of options to suit all tastes and the rooms were large, clean and very light. The only problem was that a booking made for a massage before our group arrived, which was confrimed over the phone and via email was lost and the hotel reception denied all knowledge of it and didn`t even provide an apology!

Cleanliness, breakfast and friendliness of staff was excellent. You would be hard pushed to find better elsewhere. Quiet surroundings although 50 metres from shopping mall with large variety of restaurants and fast food outlets. Hotel formal dinner not always appropriate for 10/11 year olds so the options close by make this hotel ideal for families. 15 minute by metro to centre of Barcelona. £6 for 10 journey ticket. Would definitely recommend and certainly stay again

Enjoyed staying at this hotel which was very new and modern but not all services were open - i.e. swimming pool and some bars.

The electronic blinds are good for the men to play with.The views are great, and your web site is true to life with the photographs.Warmest open air swimming pool i have swam in (23rd floor)

We thoroghly enjoyed our stay, the room was amazing and what a view from the 18th floor! The restaurant food was excellent, and all the staff were helpful and polite. There is nothing negative to say.

however it is far out of the way. The staff is very accomodating and the service and cleanliness is fantastic.

The Princess Hotel Barcalona is amazing very modern the rooms are superb, The open air swimming pool on the 23rd floor has to be seen to believed. All the staff friendly and helpful with out being too gushy.Well be going back thats for sureAnthony Ford ( London UK)

The hotel itself is very well maintained and clean. It has fantastic views of Barcelona as well as great ammenities such as two swimming pools, a spa, a gym and a great bar.The breakfast, although only offering a continental, is suberb offering a huge range of meats, breads, pastries, cereals, fruits and juices.I would definately stay at the Barcelona Princess again... no worries! EXCELLENT

Lovely hotel outside of Barcelona centre therefore quiet at night, easy access to Placa de Catalunya on no.41 bus from just outside hotel. Room smallish but well laid out, bed huge and very comfortable. We arrived late and ate in the restaurant which was deserted, service great but food indifferent - maybe a blip? Great to have pools in the hotel but they do get very busy so get up early if you want a sunbed.

We really enjoyed our stay in the Barcelona Princess hotel and would recomend it to anyone.

The only slight negatives were some of the pool loungers were broken (backrests), and the jacuzzi smelled a bit mouldy. The breakfast was excellent, room was superb, staff were very friendly.Would definitiely choose Princess

The one area that I felt let the hotel down was the cleanliness around the pool area on the 3rd floor.

we enjoyed our stay here a lot, with the beach just 10 mins away and a shopping mall right next door it couldnt be in a better location, also if you wanted to go on the barcelona tour bus it stopped right outside the hotel so was very handy when siteseeing, tho hotel overall was very modern and clean, staff were very friendly we would come back again.
