very clean room, comfortable bed, nice furnishing and fittings in room and bathroom.Service in the lobby was great with cheerful attendants.We did not try any of the in house food as there was a good choice of restaurants with in 5 min walk.Room size was a bit on the small side but this may be common for the location.

Pleasant efficient staff. Lovely room although lacking in coffee/tea facilities. Would prefer a normal full english breakfast rather than a breakfast bap.

We booked at an exceptional rate on your web site (room only) but a voucher for discounted breakfast at £11.50 added to the excellent deal. Would recommend this hotel in a good location with access to tube within 5 minutes.

I was only there for one night but it is superbly placed and looks very smart. We were warmly welcomed, and the room was clean, comfortable and quiet.

THE ONLY DOWNSIDE FOR US WAS THAT THE PILLOWS WERE VERY HARD.OTHERWISE THE ROOMS WERE WELL EQUIPED AND BREAKFAST WAS VERY GOOD.

Great hotel only a few minutes walk from south kensington tube. Had a club room on 2nd floor which was well fiurnished and spacious. Newly refurbished and spotless. Staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

An excellent choice for someone seeking a good general standard of accommodation, well appointed rooms with modern fittings and decor. Location is convenient too, particularly for the western side of London. Staff are friendly and attentive. The only negative I experienced was excessive banging of doors; they do seem unusually clunky.

On arrival found an excellent and profesional reception staff and concierge. The room was a delight, a Club Double, with amazing blue mood-lighting. Good size, extremely quiet, very clean. Extremely good functional bathroom. Very comfortable bed, very clean with good quality bedlinens. Large flat screen TV, access for electronic items, computer etc. We had an excellent early evening meal via Room Service as we didnt want to go out again between arriving and going out to an evening at the Royal Albert Hall.(within walking distance). Amazing breakfast, freshly cooked full English plus full array of fruits, cereals, breads, conserves etc. Excellent staff. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return on our next trip to London. Only wished our trip had been longer than 2 nights/3 days. Well done The Regency.

I was traveling with a challenged aged relative who was extremely difficult but your front desk staff were incredibility accommodating. We had a wonderful stay at the hotel on a room only basis. Lovely rooms and a nice quiet location but so handy for the underground. The only problem was that someone had charged 4 cokes to our room which we had not ordered or indeed drank (We were rarely in the hotel - too busy sightseeing) but the hotel staff quickly dealt with this matter. I would highly recommend The Regency Hotel to others and look forward to staying with you again.

Clean modern rooms but a bit of a maze to get to our room. Room was modern clean but bed was very uncomfortable.

1 lift out of action and 1 lift stops at every floor up and every floor down even when nobody there.i was in agony with my knees when going down stairs.

The hotel was very quite,the front of house staff were very helpful We found the bedroom to be clean and very upto date.The bedroom had a bath and shower which for Us is a bonus.The bed had a memory foam mattress which was excellent.We stayed in this area for The Royal Albert Hall which made it a little walk or taxi ride for the shops.We came back just before 10pm but the chef still made us chips and snacks in the bar.We will stay here again.

Staff were very helpful and courteous. Room was pleasant. I would definitely use this hotel again as the location from the tube was so easy with local restaurants close by. We went to The Albert Hall only 10 mins walk away - the hotel was perfect for our weekend break.

Apart from getting slightly lost trying to find my room (!) It was an almost perfect stay. Only quibble was when I asked for a crossant to be warm, the waiter didn`t seemed too impressed, and it came back `toasted` on top, and still cold throughout. However, would happily stay there again.
