Definitely recommend the hotel, only complaint I had was the noise from the road, but then again they were doing roadworks, which would probably be gone!
Safe 18E ,breakfast 9E,no kettle for morning tea,noCNN channel on tv,on receiptionist very good ,the was rude
The hotel is in a mixed area which some people might find unattractive with many sex clubs as well as good restaurants and local shops. The hotel itself was clearly renovated in 1970 and has been unloved since then. Its very noisy at night, Once it was nice but not now. A good points - its very clean and warm, at least the heating works. Not good value.
hotel good but outside noisy as we were on second floor did not get mucn sleep staff friendly rooms small but clean room service everyday
i would like to point out that firstly the advert stating it is a quiet street, it is definitley not, and when i checked with the person at the desk yesterday regarding the non smoking policy due to continously smelling cigarettes in the hallway, the reply was that the hotel was definitely non smoking but the staff are unable to ensure it is adhered to. I find this highly unaccepatable as smoking is a fire hazard, i feel it should be enforced as and when it is bought to thier attention. there is also no tea and coffee available in the room which is not good value for money, at over 100GPB a night (for a triple room) I would expect this small commodity. i do need to reiterate the noise levels outside the hotel are ridiculous to the point where the lack of sleep led to an unenjoyble holiday
Clean, friendly hotel that serves a good breakfast. Ideal place to stay if you`re going to the Moulin Rouge.
My only criticism of the place would be that it is very close to Pigalle and on a Saturday night, you cannot but hear the revellers in the nearby streets, they seem to party even beyond the early hours and until the sun comes up! However, the location is a nice base between the city centre and Montmartre, so you get ups and downs with it!
Rooms very basic, breakfast never deviated but was a good continental breakfast, staff extremely helpful and freindly. In the middle of the red light district, made `interesting` walks home from the Metro station.
Although central if you have children who ask questions pigalle is a bit of an eye opener, sex shops and sex clubs and shows in abundance. We found the hotel staff top notch the hotel looked like new not basic but a good base to see funky shops, the metro you can get anywhere with a choice of stations. The breakfast room was well attended no hot food on offer but topped up as soon as it was needed .The staff are on the ball here 24hr access with kind, helpful and friendly staff couldnt fault it one bit would reccomend to anyone without a doubt
We have recently stayed for 4 nights at the Trinite Plaza Hotel. I hvae stayed in the same area of Paris before. This hotel was far superior to the last one. The rooms were very clean and tidy. Rooms had good beds, flat screen TV`s large windows with a court yard view. Another nice touch was the addition of a UK plug socket in the wall. Breakfast was included n the price. This was standard continental breakfast and was just the job. I would recommend this hotel for both leisure and business.
Easy to find by their instructions, the Trinite Plaza is a very clean, friendly and comfortable hotel. Our room, with balcony, had everything we needed for our 4 day stay including international plug sockets. The breakfast was excellent with cereals, breads, croissants, yogurts etc. It is in the red light district , which becomes clear at night but we never felt threatened and found the area to be full of character! It`s a good choice for a short break.
Would have had good comments re reception staff (1 really lovely and helpful lady, 1 man who was good), except for lady on reception on last morning who was EXTREMELY unhelpful, almost rude.
My wife and I enjoyed a small break at this hotel & found it to be very good. The hotel staff were very friendly & spoke fluent english, which is always helpful. Our room was overlooking the main street & had a balcony which was a nice suprise.(room 216).Breakfast was continental.Bread ,cheese, jam ,orange juice, etc,& was never overcrowded at 7.30 am .Overall we had a very good time at this hotel.
It was clean and functional as a base whilst sightseeing in Paris. The rooms are basic, the third bed in ours was slanted toward the head but comfortable enough. The rooms was noisy and without air conditioning was hot with the windows shut. The breakfast room could have been bigger for the number of guests, every day there was a queue. The girls on reception were delightful and very helpful indeed. For a few nights stay, it was central, clean and acceptable. Not for those who want a lounge bar and luxury - the bar was never open!
A nice clean 3 star hotel with friendly staff and nicely situated for transport around Paris. Breakfast average.
thought i might get mugged walking to hotel, then there was some mix up with the booking then they sent me to their sister hotel which was nice friendly staff clean room, great breakfast, definatly recommend
We were only staying for one night after visiting the Moulin Rouge. We found the hotel comfortable, and in easy walking distance of the MR. Clean and tidy. Could not check in before 2pm, but if you know that it is not an issue.
our room was small but very clean and comfortable. very adequate breakfast. Convenient for metro. Stated was in a quiet street but was very noisy in street so couldn`t keep windows open at night despite hot weather but fan helped to keep room cool and shut out noise from outside. Surrounding area full of sex shops and clubs but mainly on main street. Side streets pleasant with many restaurants. Would stay here again.
Good hotel, in a lively area, plenty of restaurants. The breakfast could have been better butall in all we enjoyed our stay.
Hotel was clean and welcoming, area is slightly intimidating as is red light district but still full off tourists and once you`ve found your way is fine. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was simple but plentiful.
I have stayed in this area before and it is average. The space in the room and the bathroom was great but the beds and linen were JUST acceptable. The people were lovely and the breakfast room and provisions were good but the bed was uncomfortable. Okay but there are better out there
Trinité Plaza is superbly located, just off Rue Fontaine. It is in the red light district but business is carried out very discreetly. I would not be concerned about taking my teenage children there. It is a short walk to Montmatre, less than 5 mins from the Moulin Rouge and within waling distance of all the major monuments, museums and surrounded by excellent restaurants - try La Cloche D`or around the corner, superb. The staff are very friendly, speak excellent english and go out of their way to be helpful. It is 2 years since I last stayed and, though some signs of wear and tear are apparent, I would have no hesitation in returning. It is not 4 star but you`re not paying 4 star either. All in all a very pleasant stay and would recommend for the not too demanding.
The Hotel was clean, warm, OK for the money paid. Breakfast was fine and plentiful. The 12 o`clock check-out was good as was the luggage room in reception to leave suitcases. Reception recommended local bistro`s which were excellent. All in all a good place to stay.
Staff quite rude - charged my group twice a 20 EUR surcharge and wouldm`t repay. Insisted on a voucher the second week which they didn`t need the first week
Most Staff very friendly and happy to help. Location was good with access to great local resturants. Would be happy to return.
Very nice staff, good room-loved the balcony! Breakfast was the only thing not that great-more of a selection would be good.
Arrived with booking confirmation of room with twin beds, told none avilable will have to have double, no appologies. The safe in the room did`nt work, and oh, when going for breakfast the plates are hidden around the corner, you wil have to look well as the staff dont seem to bother. And just one more thing, they tried to charge us for drinks from the mini-bar we had not had. Apart from that, clean-ish, central location and good for veiwing prostitutes along the street !!!!!!
We were made welcome by reception staff, even though we were early. The room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the bathroom was in need of decoration and maintanence as the paint was peeling and the shower riser rail fell off. Breakfast was basic but good enough . Not bad for a cheap city hotel.
Staff were friendly helpful. clean, quiet but perfectly situated for everything. Breakfast room a bit small and need to get up early to avoid the que or rush. loved it.
10-15 mins via Metro from Gare du Nord this was a very quick to get to and easy to find little hotel in Pigalle. The room was fairly basic but totally clean and with a decent shower, and a nice surprisingly peaceful view over a cobbled cul-de-sac to the side of the hotel. Sacre Coeur was an easy walk away too so we wandered around there on foot from the Trinite Plaza. The service was friendly which we put to the test by losing our voucher printout emailed to us which we were meant to bring! We booked it because it was among the cheapest around in a concenient location (3 mins from Pigale Metro) so it exceeded our expectations - in particular the included breakfast was much higher standard than I`d have expected for the rate. So definitely recommend it and hopefully we`ll be going back whenever we`re popping over for a modest weekend in Paris next!MarcusNW London
