Overall had an enjoyable stay and would consider booking this hotel again.
Good sized room with very comfotable queen sizes bed...close to Europa Station...we were on a coach trip next day. Good choice of Breakfast, I had continental while my husband had the full...very good value. We have stayed several times at this hotel before.
Enjoyed our stay, rooms clean and fresh, would stay again.
The only problem that you have is the entrance doors as if the were automatic the would open when you are near them but at the moment you have to try and hold door open while you bring your luggage in and that not easy, but your staff are nice and friendly and yes i will be using you again Ta M Corry
Staff very friendly and hotel very clean also rooms as very nice and yes i would stay there again as the have got there pricing policy correct but the need to look at getting sliding doors on the entrance as if you have luggage with you it is very awkard to hold those doors open and your luggage as well, but other than that the hotel is good. James
Hi, Please refer to my other review about your entrance doors as everything else was excellent Thanks James
Hi, The only thing that you could do better is to get the entrance doors to open automatically as it is not easy to push door open and bring your luggage in, and i was chatting to some of your guests and the said the same thing about the door, so i am sending this e-mail on there behalf as well as mine, but your staff in Belfast were excellent and the room was very nice . Thanks James
Staff were very helpful and hotel was spotlessly clean. One thing I would raise is the lack of information in the room. Fire escape plan was there but no idea of food available in restaurant and nothing to let us know when we had to check out. Plus point was that you got your parking ticket validated so parking during our stay cost nothing. Would definately use the hotel again.
convenient, clean, well run hotel.friendly and helpful staffbreakfast not included/option to pay separately for it.
Really enjoyed my short visit to this hotel. Everything was perfect and staff were so friendly
walls paper thin in rooms. corridors to bedrooms could do with a good paint . tin of beer outside room on arrival. staff friendly and helpful get wat u pay for
DAY`s fit for our purpose(short stay) weather fair out shopping and evening shows most of the time somewhere clean and tidy with sufficient service to stop over a couple of night`s. Thought breakfast could have varied the cooked items just a tad.
The bathroom was nice, the rooms were quite nice and we found it quiet there. I wouldn`t hire their painters though. The staff were quite pleasant, helpful and efficient. The breakfast food wasn`t bad if you`re after a cooked breakfast, although no decent coffee (just a push button machine) and pastries not really up to much (for a continental breakfast). At the price we paid, I`d happily stay there again.
clean, cheerful, helpful staff.central location. comfortable large bed.only complaint ...hair drier broken and not replaced before we left .However we will stay there again.
Nice clean hotel good size room friendly staff
All staff friendly and helpful. Room comfortable, reasonably priced. Would book again. Chris Smith
The Days Belfast is a lovely place to stay.Rooms spacious and very comfortable.Food beautiful.Very relaxing in the lobby and bar area.We fully intend to return again before Christmas.Staff excellent.
All went well in hotel but when we were leaving we discovered someone had scraped and slightly dinted the door of our car. I would say someone parked too close to it and their door banged into ours. I know its not any fault of the hotel but it did put a little damper on things.
Very friendly staff, spacious room, very clean
Room and reception area very well presented only down point stairs up to rooms very dirty and grubby having us thinking the worst about the room before we entered .
However, the hotel had got the wrong date of mty stay. I booked for the 12th and they had the 13th. It was their fault and they said this but I did not get an apology and I would be scared booking this hotel again because of this
Bar sfaff in the residents bar need to improve their quality of service, slow and abrupt. Also the bar closed at 2 am, a bit too early for a residents bar
Good hotel for centre city location, Rooms nice and clean, Staff very friendly and helpful,Late Bar, While Breakfast looks good we found the food to be very bland and tastless, but this is our only gripe and would not prevent us from staying at the Days in the future.
The only problem was a noise like drilling all night which kept us awake. It was a very windy night and I think it was the wind blowing through the extractor fan in the bathroom. Other than that good food, friendly staff and extremely covenient situation. We love Belfast.
Most of the "cooked" breakfast items were, at best, tepid. The tommotoesand the plates were COLD. What was Irish about the Breakfast? The potatoe scones were tough and where was the black pudding?Otherwise OK
clean nice room good food easy to find pleasant staff
Hotel was really lovely, clean and tidy, staff very friendly and food excellent. Will definately being going back to stay when we next go to Belfast
good food in restaurant rooms are nice and cosywoken up early by noise in the corridor
