Good City Centre location, clean hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Able to leave luggage before check in and after we checked out. Able to use guest lounge whilst waiting for coach to airport. Not the nicest area of the City to be located but within a 2 minute walk is O`Conell Street. Would definitely stay here again.

Very central location in Dublin City Centre. Rooms are small but clean and have TV, hairdryer, tea/coffee making & safe. Only problem is that there is no heat in ensuite. Limited secure private parking available (free of charge) is fantastic, if you are lucky enough to get a space. Booked on room only basis so can`t comment on breakfast, which costs ?8.50. Reception staff very friendly & helpful. FANTASTIC VALUE!

Dear Guest,Thank you for taking the time for posting your feedback following your recent stay with us. It is lovely to see you enjoyed your stay and we strive to offer value for money at all times. . I do apologise for the issue you had with the heating as all room have there own indivudual electric heater except our rooms on the 04th floor which have radiators serviced by gas and timer. This may have been the reason the heating was off at the time . We hope to see you again very soon. I will share your kind comments with all of my staff.Kind Regards,Patrick Carney,General Manager.
Couldn`t be in a better location for a short trip to Dublin, as the vast majority of attractions are within short walking distance. Easily located due to it`s proximity to the Spire as well as to the Airport Links bus. When we arrived the Receptionist asked if we would like to have two single rooms on the same floor as opposed to the twin room we had booked, at no extra cost. In fact if we were to go again we would choose the two singles because both of the rooms we had were really good sizes, with a generous bathroom and fully functioning equipment. The black out blinds were also much appreciated! We had the full Irish breakfast at the hotel which filled us up for a full day of sight seeing, and Reception held our bags for us after check out until our late evening flight. Great stay, excellent value for money, would definitely recommend!
Great location helpful staff, however our room had a dodgy light fitting that rattled when anybody in the room above moved. Could`nt have stayed any longer than two nights without going barking. Taking all that & the damp smelling bathroom into consideration it was a good value option. It was clean & had comfy beds. Very close to all the sights & the various buses & coaches to the airport.
Really good location, good clean rooms.
Dublin City Inn is very central, just off O Connell Steet, Dublin`s main thoroughfare. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was because of the free car parking which is very rare in Dublin central hotels. The car park was small so arriving early would be advisable, but the car park was secure with a locked gate. The room was very clean, a bit on the small side but we were only sleeping there so this was fine. The room has all the facilities you would require; free safe, tea and coffee making facilities etc. There is also a large residents lounge with an outside patio areas for the smokers. I have stayed in a great number of Dublin hotels and I certainly would not hesitate to return to Dublin City, it provides great value accommodation in the heart of Dublin with free secure parking to boot.
This hotel is a 1 star and not a 3 the room is clean but small the bathroom only has one bath towel not to its in a great location that`s the only thing it got going for it.
Bathroom could do with upgrade. A smell of plasticene from bathroom even after leaving door open for the whole day.

Stayed overnight, midweek at this hotel & found it to be ideal for our purposes! Room 313 is an end room and has 4 single beds that were all comfortable, clean & worthy of a return! Tea making facilities always a plus point as is a clean, polished bathroom, no complaints here! Both scored 5/5. Breakfast room light & airy & food was good. Convenient lounge area for watching TV with comfy sofas & Rothko style prints on the walls. Hotel staff friendly & very accommodating. Ideally located close to the Millenium Spire so that anyone without navigational skills will still find their way back!! Thank you Dublin City Inn for an enjoyable stay.

Staff quickly sorted out a superior room at the Ripley Court Hotel and waived the parking charge and we had breakfast which was not an option we had at5 the Dublin City Hotel. It turned out well. thank you
I really enjoyed staying at the Dublin City Inn as it is ideally located in the city centre and the en-suite room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was great and the staff very helpful.

we arrived really early in the morning, hours before we were due to check in, the staff were extremely helpfull and allowed us to check in early, the stay was confortable and the room very clean, our breakfast the next morning was exceptional and i must stress how the staff were very helpful.A very pleasant stay and would certainly return to hotel.
All the staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and had everything we required. As it is central to Dublin it made accessing everything easy.

We enjoyed our stay. We came by bus so very handy for bus station. Busy area and at night but liked being so close to O`Connell Street. Room clean and comfy. Breakfast good. Staff pleasant. Would come again.
Basic, but spotlessly clean and excellent breakfast. Staff are really friendly. Only downside is we were on the front of the hotel and even though we got into our room very late in the evenings we were still woken up by the party-goers still up in the early hours. Would recommend asking for a room on the back of the hotel if you want a good nights sleep !

I wouldn`t recomend this hotel. The room we were given was very small and dirty. The bed was really uncomfortable and the sheets were not clean. There was some sort of restaurant next door and the noise from this kept us awake. I was not impressed considering the cost of the room. I would however say that the location was great and the staff were very helpful and friendly, also the breakfast was worth every penny.
enjoyed our stay very comfotable bed good heater in room and very tasty breakfast many thanks.
the windows did not keep the noise from the street out.so we found it hard to get a good nite sleep.
room was clean and tidy, sfaff were pleasant and helpfull.
The shower was rubbish and the room was very small,
Excellent location just off O`Connell Street, easy to find and handy for all the attractions Dublin has to offer and the bus stop for getting to/from the airport. Very friendly staff, rooms whilst small offer everything you need and the breakfast is excellent. Overall good value for money.
very clean and tidy, breakfast very nice, walking distance to shops and bars.
Very central which was great for exploring the centre of Dublin. Comfortable room.Excellent safe in the room with electronic pin code where we kept our valuables inc passports etc. Yes room was fairly small but at the end of the day not an issue for us as we were out exploring Dublin most of the time.Shower very good with shower gel/shampoo provided. Hairdryer in the room and hotel happy to provide anything you may have forgetten such as sewing kit, shaving kit, toothpaste etc. There was a little bit of noise from the street in the early hours but did not affect our stay at all. Our main priority was to have somewhere central to stay which was clean and comfortable and this ticked both those boxes. Breakfast was also good. Yes we would stay here again and would recommend to friends visiting Dublin. We were also able to leave our luggage in a locked room the day we checked out which was really helpful.
thought the hotel was very reasonable and would reccomend to people.would also stay again, water was very hot though and rooms on the small size
would use the Hotel again.
All staff very helpfull, room very clean, all public areas kept clean and tidy. The breakfast was very good and the serving staff all very good. I will, as in the past use Days Inn again.
as a base for dublin sightseeing this hotel is ideally located.Temple Bar,Grafton St.etc.are all within easy walking distance.Rooms are small but comfortable and breakast is very good.Being so centrally placed,it can be rather noisy late at night, especially at weekends, but if a comfy, central budget priced option is what you are after, then this is just the ticket.
spot on breakfast very enjoyable
