Rooms very good. Food excellent. Service spot on! the only fault was not being informed that the bar was closed due to a private function , which meant we had to find an alternative venue to end our evening out!

No natural light at all - a comfy box at best... facilities good, breakfast good etc but room small and natural light free!

We requested access to our room at midday and this presented no problem. The staff, the bedroom and the breakfast were all good. We couldn`t eat in the restaurant because it was closed for a private Christmas party but there were places to go to close by as the hotel is well located. We would revisit this hotel when next visiting London.

the hotel overall was clean, comfortable and well equipped. our bathroom was rather small but adequate for the two night stay we had booked. sunday morning buffet breakfast was cold and cold plates provided. thought might be better monday morning as was to order, but unfortunately served cold again.

I would recommend to friends and I would certainly stay there again.

The hotel was clean, good food, lots of choice at breakfast. We did have an evening meal in the hotel on saturday night only us in the resturant but the meal was lovely and nice service too. Only a 5 minute walk from Euston station as we had traveled by train.We Would stay again but ask for a room on the front of the building when booking.

What an absolute pleasure it was to stay at this hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff who were all superb. The room, whilst small, was extremely well appointed with a good quality bathroom, comfortable bed and everything needed to make our stay enjoyable. Breakfast was also excellent; freshly cooked and with great ingredients, served with fresh tea or coffee rather than the modern trend for self-service, machine delivered beverages. Our overall impression was very good and we will definitely go back there next time we need to stay in London.

Excellent location, comfortable, rooms a little small but lets face it you dont go to London to stay in the room. Would definately stay here again.

I have used this hotel several times. The rooms are small but very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast they offer is really good too.

We picked this hotel because of its proximity to Euston Station which is where we arriving in London. The hotel was very clean, the room wa quite small but more than adequate. The staff were excellent and the breakfast was very good. The hotel is quite a walk from the major attractions but the tour bus stops almost at the door.

Overall we our stay was fine. The twin room was adequate for one night (although would have been very small for longer) and the breakfast was good. However, the bathroom was tiny; the shelf was too small and too near the taps so you couldn`t see what you were doing; although there was a heated towel rail it was too small for the number of towels; there was only one hook. There was also nowhere to put a suitcase

Overall we had a comfortable stay at the Ambassador Bloomsbury , we would just like to point out that theconfirmation document could be made clearer in respect of the " Stay 3 nights get a complementory dinnerfor 2 " is this dinner for 2 people ? or dinner on 2 nights ? also the traditional english buffet breakfast was spoiled because it was`nt hot enough. All the staff were excellent and because of the Hotel location we will definitley stay there again . Regards Mavis Lomas

A super stay at the Ambassador, a small quiet hotel which provided rest and calm after the hectic day of walking the City!Great location near the station but not an overcrowded location. Bus stops right outside the hotel which makes travelling easy.Breakfast provided an excellent start to the day.A very positive experience.

Good breakfast. Room small but satisfactory.

Hotel was excellently located near Euston station. Nice rooms and lovely breakfast. Only issue was wardrobe space. There were no drawers for clothes and a wardrobe only big enough to hold 3 hangers so would be no good for more than 1 or 2 nights. Since we stayed for 1 night, we had a lovely stay and staff were very accomodating.

We enjoyed our stay and found the staff were very welcoming. Breakfast was excellent, freshly cooked with plenty of tea and coffee. However, our room did seem much smaller than the picture, although it was clean and comfortable.

Continued ... Staff slow and inexperienced in dealing with customer concerns. Suggest placing more staff with greater customer service skills at reception at the weekends. Hotel guests were getting agitated while waiting to be served on Saturday morning.

our dissappointment at the room size was placated by the quality of the furniture and fittings, and cleaning regime, the public areas, breakfast room and the personal and professional service, we would use again but only if travelling light and staying for no more than 3/4 nights. we will also look out for availibility of the larger rooms.

We enjoyed our stay to this hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly and the hotel acknowledged and accommodated a special request. Rooms on the small side but our was quite and comfortable.

Stayed here July 2011 for one night. Chosen because we needed somewhere close to Euston station. It`s just a few minutes walk away. Friendly staff and the room was clean and tidy. The room was small but we were only staying one night and it was comfortable. Only thing that was a little odd - the bathroom in this particular room (4th floor) was a wet room and it had a glass door which didn`t afford much privacy. If you`re staying as a couple make sure you know each other pretty well! ;-) Hot buffet breakfast was very nice. We would stay again.

Good location but noise of street a problem. Food service good but food needs variety.
