Boutique hotel. Clean rooms but too small. No lift so long climb to fourth floor. No bar or food available except breakfast. Had to find dinner in Waitrose 10 mins walk away.

Great location, staff very polite and helpful, just could have done with the bed being slightly bigger. Good weekend

Avoid downstairs rooms noisy air con unit outside moved hotel

Room itself was fine for overnight stay, although several flight of stairs could be a problem for some guests. However, the breakfast was the worst we have ever had and needs improvement - poor choice, toast and croissants were inedible. Reception staff very pleasant.

First night we didn`t get any sleep because of a noisy extract fan. We got the room changed for the second night. The impression is that the problem with the extract is known about but ignored.

The staff were pleasant. Room serviced and a good shower albeit the bathroom was minuscule. A double bed was squeezed into the room and there was no floor space. A little claustrophobic and had to ask to change room as the first room had no window. We only slept in the room so didn`t have to spend too much time in it so it was bearable.

Hotel clean and staff friendly, but that`s where it ends. Breakfast quite poor, brought out a few slices of toast at a time, certainly not enough for all guests. Not enough seating or mugs for the amount of guests at hotel

Comfy if basic continental breakfast . Problem with electric sockets only one working ???? Desk clerk didnot seem bothered but it is clean and comfy and pretty central overall good if not basic

Good clean hotel .Manager was very helpful. Would have preferred a cooked breakfast but what was there was very nice.

Good Location. Very clean and staff friendly. Rooms a little small,however it is only a bed that is required as not in room other than to sleep. Bed was comfy.

Beautiful friendly hotel in Victoria, our room was very cosy and clean with a stunning modern shower room, very impressed.

could not fault the hotel, location excellent for victoria station and the theatre.

Rooms small but clean. Fine for just a night or two.

Room clean on arrival G1.Kept clean by staff during our two night stay.Air con worked well for size of room.No street noise ,could not hear other guests or reception.Bed comfy ,not king only double .Shower room spaciouse .Had to work out getting in and out of shower whilst waiting for it to heat up as if door left open would drench floor .First world problem in know!Breakfast was adequate and had enough choice .Small functional dining room for this .Would recommend and would stay again .Thanks to friendly reception staff .

The hotel was good with very helpful staff on the desk. Nothing too much trouble. Room wasn`t huge but perfectly adequate for what we needed. Only downside was that we were at front of building and it was very noisy.

Hotel is lovely, upto date shower facilities, tea & coffee facilities and hairdryer available in the room. Would definitely stay here again if me & my son came to london

Nice clean hotel, convenient for theatre. Room was quite small for 3 adults; breakfast room very small especially when most of the visitors have breakfast at the same time.Would probably book again if needed.

Good budget hotel for short stay in London, close to Victoria station. Adequate continental breakfast. Only criticism being small bedroom (room 401 and lack of a lift makes upper floors unsuitable for persons with mobility issues

Excellent breakfast and spotlessly clean throughout

A nice clean hotel, with basic facilities but only offers continental breakfast. The room was clean and well presented, with the usual basics (tea, coffee, TV & free Wi-Fi). Excellent location being five minutes walk from Victoria Station. Very much a tourist`s hotel albeit I was there for business purposes.
