Myself and a friend stayed for one night only, all staff had a ready smile and seemed happy to help with any request. We leisurely enjoyed a wonderful breakfast that set us up for the day. Our room was beautiful and catered for our every need. I would recommend this hotel for special break away.

As a guest staying for 6 nights, I could not book high tea once. This is poor. I could not book a table in the Roux restaurant but was told to eat in the bar, yet I could not take my children into the bar to eat after 6pm. Really poor service, so we ate out all the time. Really disappointed that a Langham hotel had such limited options. We have stayed with the Langham in Honk Kong, Melbourne and Shanghai and never had this problem before. Iwill not return to this London hotel again. PS the eggs at breakfast were tasteless.

Stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed the stay. This is an older style of hotel well situated at the upper end of oxford street. The bedrooms are very comfortable though not over generous in size. What we particularly liked were the thick walls which prevented noisy neighbours from interrupting a good nights sleep. Breakfast is best taken in the a la carte restaurant - it cannot be faulted.Our preference is for 4* hotels but we did not find this to be stuffy although all the staff were from abroad.Would stay again though would seek a deal.

What can we say about this 5 star hotel , We were met with a warm welcome from all the staff which made me and my wife feel we had chosen the right hotel, We even let the concierge Dan book a great Italian restaurant which was nice and local to the hotel, The rooms were just fantastic and the bed was the best we have found in any hotel, We canâ??t wait to stay there again Thank you Mr vanderweele

Overal everything was excellent. the only comment is we found the palm court restraunt too noisy for us to have lunch in, but maybe that is because we are both in our 80s and found the piano too loud.

We arrived earlier than check in time and whilst waiting for our room the lady in reception arranged for a orientation tour of the hotel and its facilities, a nice touch but very well done.

If you want to feel special this is where to stay. It is not cheap but is in a great location and you just feel special. The staff are curteous, thinking of your every need. Also if you`re a BA executive club gold or silver card holder, or other airlines check out the lounge on the second floor for tasty free breakfast,nibbles and free drinks. Thoroughly recommend The Langham

Bar was a little too expensive but overall our stay was nothing short of fantastic.Would not hesitate to stay again. In fact will stay there every time we visit London from now on.

The Langham is a fantastic hotel and we really enjoyed our stay there after Christmas. The location is fantastic and the service was impeccable during a very busy period in the year. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it as the perfect hotel for everyone.

We stayed in a standard room on the first night which was very agreeable although the bathroom sink hot tap didn`t work. However generally the room was very comfortable and had everything you would expect of a hotel of this standard. On the second night we upgraded to a larger room with a beautiful view of All Souls Church and the increase in price was certainly reflected in the increase in size and quality and included access to the "club" facilities which we felt ment the upgrade was good value for money. The only downside to the visit was the fact that the spa was being refurbished so we could not benefit from that despite the spa being one of the reasons i reserved the hotel. However we will definitely return and would recommend this hotel to other people.

Hotel bathroom products cheap, no separate shower, gap in bathroom sliding door so a privacy problem! Prices in resturants expensive, which if the food was up to the mark i would not mind paying. Never any taxi`s available, so that made us late for the theatre. will stick with the landmark.

I only wish that there was not an addition to every invoice - even breakfast - of a service charge. Is it not possible to have an all inclusive charge?

Our first visit to The Langham and not our last we were on our honeymoon and was delighted to receive fruit, flowers and half a bottle of champagne perfect. The food was out of this world the decor was perfection attention to detail from staff delightful I would give this hotel 10/10

As always the service at this hotel is exceptional and only a 5 minute walk from Oxford Street. Staff are friendly and knowledgable. A real treat if you want a luxury break in London.

We had a lovely time here on a room only basis. It wasn`t cheap but there are 4 star hotels charging a similar amount so I thought it was good value. The staff were lovely and couldn`t be more helpful.We ate breakfast out; £20 a head for a buffet I think expensive. There are loads of good places around to eat, Ponti`s on John Prince`s St (a 5 minute walk towards Oxford St) did fab eggs benedict with friendly service.

Stayed for 2 nights with 16 yr old daughter on shopping trip. Fabulously quiet and comfy room. Attentive staff and eager to help concierge (Anthony was great) without being "in your face".. Would have loved to stay longer but funds did not permit! Great location for shopping. Want to stay again.

An amazing hotel with Impeccable service.

My friend and I stayed for 3 nights, we had excellent service throughout. The beds were sooo comfortable!! We took advantage of the pool facilities which again were of the best. We will be returning and will get a good deal through Hotel Direct.

Very convenient location for shopping and theatres. Nice indoor pool for a refreshing swim.Staff very pleasant and helpful. Beautiful rooms. Plenty of nearby breakfast venues for those, like us, not on on an expense account.The one meal we did have in the Landau restaurant was expensive (£45/head) but was superbgwg 12 April 2010.

Beautiful hotel, but bar prices outrageously expensive.... £11 for a glass of wine! Also, breakfast wasn`t included. The hotel price for breakfast was £27.50 per person, which again was very pricey! We had a lovely time though and would certainly reccommend the hotel for comfort and style!!!

It was great to spend the weekend and we enjoyed our base at the Langham. Thanks again to Ian our great "guide"! On this trip it was just me and my partner - a little romantic wekend! But we have been her before with my sister and our 3 teenage nieces who now ask us to to come to the Langham for special treats! This hotel has it all a mix of old style courtesy and charm with modern service. Thanks again!

Only problem was trying to get the restaurants to answer the phone

I simply can not fault the Langham, the service, our room and everything was wonderful, it was a hotel that would normally be well out of my price range, but as a one-off stretch for a special romantic occaision it was worth every penny. If I can afford it again, I will go back.

Stayed for one night and the service was very good and the room and facilities of a very high standard. It has recently been renovated and as such everything looked very new.Pool was a tad colder than we would have liked, but overall a very nice stay - we would go again. Definitely recommend the bed and breakfast option.

We found the hotel presentation excellent, with warm and enviting interior, welcoming and friendly staff and excellent facilities. While we would have preferred to be nearer to charing cross, covent garden, the slightly different location was easy to overcome. Breakfast was very good with attentive and friendly staff, and overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the London Langham Hotel

Beautiful hotel, which really knew how to look after its customers. I went with my girlfriend for one evening B&B for her Birthday, which as soon as I mentioned at the check-in desk the occasion we were offered a free upgrade to a Club Room (over £100 more expensive than the Classic Room I`d booked) and we received a champagne breakfast. It really made her / our weekend and we will certainly be returning in the future. Also, to add - the breakfast was superb as well!!
