I loved it, clean, friendly, professional. I wouldn`t have minded a bathroom scale though in my room. For family rooms I think cartoon network is a must TV Channel since it remains child appropriate whatever time of day.
Generally on of the better places to stay in London. Thinks to watch out for:- rooms are a little on the small side for two people- breakfast is expensive
We had a lovely stay at the Marylebone Hotel. We have stayed there several times before (when it was the Jury Clifton Ford Hotel) and have always enjoyed it because of its closeness to the city centre and yet it is situated in a side street where it is away from the noise of passing people and traffic. We did find it somewhat more expensive than previous visits but the food and service was excellent . We will definitely go there again.
Excellent value for money, High standards all round, hope they don`t put up there prices as it is really good to find a hotel of this quality at an afordable price
enjoyed stay, but bar at bar 108 very slow, also no staff at lobby lounge.
Only let down slightly by poor performing air conditioning
Staff very helpful. On arrival it turned out that the hotel had my checkin date as the day i was expecting to leave. This error (the hotels not mine) was efficiently rectified. The hotel location was good and the room was clean and certainly large enough. I booked this hotel rather than one of my regular london haunts as the other hotels had increased their prices quite significantly over the royal wedding period. I was very pleasantly surprised and will definitely stay here again.
Good hotel very friendly helpful staff. A few small problems however sorted straight away once reported. Upon checking mini bar there was a rotten 7 day old salmon sandwich that had been left obviously by a previous guest but this had not been removed and was foul smelling. When in the bar staff were friendly but watch out for service charge they automatically add to your bill without informing you. Just for carrying your drinks to yr table. On the whole a nice hotel.. Would use again.. Pool still not open we were led to believe it would be open during our stay
Not happy with the fact that my child had to sleep in a camp bed. For seven hundred euro in Ireland I would have got a much better room with a proper bed for the child.
Loved everything about this hotel!!!the bar is fantastic!!!cant wait to come back
The noise of the air conditioning was unbearableThe difficulty in settling the right temperature caused our stay in a cold roomThe impossibility of enjoying a well-decorated living-room downstairs at 5 am
A lovely hotel and very pleasant staff. Unfortunately our room was incredibly small. So much so that 2 people could not stand in the bathroom. The bed was a very small double. Rather disappointed to be honest.
Room 344 was too small to let as a double room. The batthroom was difficult to manage and could not accomodate two people.Staff are very professional and pleasant. Hotel modern and well equipped. Inclusive breakfast was excellent. The room would not suit a couple with a stay longer than a few days because of its size. I would return and use the hotel again
Room we had was slightly on the small side but not enough to be a problem.
Wonderful, classy, clean, friendly, perfect - will definitely recommend t everyone and will come back again, thank you
impeccable service, polite staff, excellent facilities would recomend any one to stay there.
Excellent position with easy walk to theatre, shops all sites. Clean and well equiped room with more than adequate choice and quantity for continental breakfast.Reception and all staff very helpfull, very comfortable feeling about hotel upon first entering and at return late after show.
The room was lovely, high standards throughout the Hotel. Our stay came with continental breakfast of which was also to a high standard with lots to choose from, despite being very busy the service was very good. Upon our departure the lady at reception was superb. We would recommend a stay at this Hotel, we would come back ourselves.
Friendly and very efficient staff. Clean and comfortable rooms and tasteful reception areas. Superb breakfasts and good food both in the bar and brasserie. Excellent value for money
We had a lovely time, staff very friendly and helpfull.Room very clean and food and drink excellent.Great location, would recommend and revisit.
very nice clean luxurious hotel, spacious bedroom, warm atmosphere, very kind staff serving in the restaurant, very important advantage all these next to the busy oxford street!
A warm welcome, nothing was too much trouble. We had a very nice room and a comfortable bed. The hotel decor was relaxing and inviting especially after a busy day. The breakfast was one of the best i have ever had in a hotel! Would recommend this hotel and would certainly return.
The stay at the hotel was a gift for my Mother in laws birthday.I informed the hotel that it was a special occasion and they very generously upgraded the room and left a bottle of wine and card on their return from the theatre. A very much appreciated gesture.Hotel and room very beautiful, bed very comfortable and staff all very helpful . A perfect stay.
The hotel beat all of my expectations the staff were so helpful friendly and professional the hotel decor was very modern but also very comfortable the rooms were spacious and the bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in!!! The continental breakfast was very good a lot of choice, not a bad word to say the underground station was also only a 5 minute walk, if that. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would also go back next time I go to London.
Standard room quite small. Toilet very small. Overall this hotel is good enough and we would use it again but with a room upgrade.
Great staff, hotel room clean and tidy, breakfast very good & good position in London. Excellent overall stay
Only spent 1 night in the hotel but was very pleased with the service. Only slight criticism is the bathroom was a bit tight, but thats being fussy. The room and hotel was clean and the staff are friendly. Only a 5 mins walk to nearest underground. Would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in the area.
I really enjoyed my stay, it would have been really perfect had the pool been working, but I did know this would not be before I booked. Great service, very friendly people, good food, great room. I will stay again.
An excellent hotel, with exceptional service levels and friendly staff. The rooms were luxurious and for a London hotel it represented very good value for money.
Excellent location, few minuts walk from Selfridges and yet so quiet its hard to believe you`re in central London. Staff helpful and very pleasant. Room upgraded on arrival. Room large, well presented with attention to detail. Everything you would require from coffee machine to bath robes to hair products (which actually worked!!) Room service quick and efficient. Regularly stay in London and feel like have found a hidden gem! Would highly recommend hotel and will be booking again for next trip.
Comfortable hotel with excellent, efficient and friendly service in central London. The standard double room, albeit somewhat on the small side, provides quality features and fittings. Great continental breakfast! Close to many attractions and amenities in W1, including Oxford Street and various West End venues. This hotel comes highly recommended!!
Excellent Hotel. Staff very helpful. A gem of a hotel in London
