Room on 4th floor was spotless. Check in was easy and the reception desk staff were friendly and very very good. Recommend this hotel to anyone and if we visit London again would certainly consider booking agy

Only just enough room to open our large suitcase !!

Cannot fault the hotel at all. Staff were very friendly and welcoming, rooms were spotlessly clean and beds were comfy. Fabulous location as it`s 2 minutes from Pimlico tube station and 15 from Victoria. Buckingham Palace isn`t far either. The shower was very powerful and the room also had tea and coffee making facilities. We will be back to this hotel on our next trip to London.

Very convenient for show, would advise using Victoria Sation plenty of places to eat close by.. Hotel was very clean, friendly staff, fair choice for breakfast. Rooms are quite adequate for a short stay athough `snug`! Tea/coffee facilities in room but the sink was so small could not get kettle under tap to fill.

Nice room. Beds were comfortable.. good nights sleep. Good choice at breakfast. The receptionist (Avni) was so friendly and hospitable.

If the bathroom had been bigger I would have given five stars.

The hotel was in an excellent location with the theatre in easy walking distance . It was clean and suitable for a overnight stay. The room we stayed in was very small and the bathroom was tiny. The staff were very friendly. The hotel offers a continental breakfast but there are many lovely cafes locally which offer great value cooked breakfast.

I have registered a complaint as my party had an interrupted sleep owing to noisy guests. There was anproblrm with one of the rooms.

The Hotel is in a quiet nice looking area.as we had an advanced booking we got a standard room, probably more suited for a single person as it was very small as was the toilet/shower room.It was clean an convenient for Victoria which why I booked it.All the staff were very friendly and helpfull.

Stayed for one night with my husband and young son. Had a basement room, had everything we needed. Comfy beds and nice pillows, enjoyed the packets of biscuits too. We slept really well, but we were worn out!. Only thing to mention was the damp wall above the radiator, but after reading reviews before our stay, this seems to be a problem in that room. No mold so was not concerned, but think owners need to rectify this. Plenty of towels and toiletries. We paid for the continental breakfast, very nice, just what we needed. Friendly staff. A good base, with good places to eat nearby. Would recommend `Dim t`, for food, noodles etc etc, very tasty and reasonably priced.

Due to a problem caused on my part the staff at the front desk helped and sorted me out very helpfull .the room was comfortable but and its a big but, room 303 the bedside lights use a GU10 bulb and get extremely hot and bending down to retrieve my pen my head touched the brass effect light and has left a nice burn on my which is now peeling away .this needs to be sorted as if touched by hand will leave a very painfull burn

Ideal location

Small room however, very accomodating holding onto our luggage before checking in & checking out allowing us to tour London freely. Would stay there again without hesitation .
