No A/C and poor water pressure, limited towels (why?)
A most welcoming ,good value hotel so close to City Airport. Breakfast was surprisingly good. We would definitely repeat this experience.

Clean room. Comfortable bed. We chose hotel for access to O2 but about £20 taxi ride away. Breakfast ok but not the best.
We had an overnight stay and were pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. Nice big bed, everything really clean and an all you can eat breakfast, what more could you ask for at the price?
A very nice hotel, just right for the O2, Staff were very helpful with directions, you can have something to eat at any time, Ideal for travellers just off a flight. ++++++++++++++
only one think is no light on shower room on my guest bedroom we report it to reception but still no fix
