Poor lighting with window frosted and letting in draft, also paint chipped Tiniest Tv, no instructions on how to use or TV guide. Hand wash and shower gel dispenser wrong way round. Huge stain in bath tub. Radiator chipped. We ate Friday 1st dinner in hotel, unfortunately myself and daughter were unwell the following morning, almost spoiled our trip had it not been for a dash to a chemist. Very disappointing and will be complaining to head office. I didn`t want to at the time as my daughter was with me on her birthday weekend.

Construction going on nearby when we stayed so a bit of noise. Otherwise very good location. More importantly, it`s clean and staff very friendly and attentive. Free breakfast was a bonus! Will recommend to friends.

Arrived from Scotland, long journey, and was met at reception by "Dee" the receptionist....having stayed in a fair amount of hotels in my time, this has to be one of the best yet. The room was super clean and the staff were the most friendly you could ever ask for, nothing was too much trouble...Wish all the receptionists I meet on my travels were of the quality of "Dee"...

Great location breakfast hot and plentiful. Staff very friendly and helpful. You can leave luggage and come back later to collect. No charge.

This Travelodge was great value, very clean, and the staff were very friendly. One young girl was exceptionally friendly and helpful, who was running the bar/reception when we got back from the show on the evening of the 4th January. We didn`t get her name, but she was black and perhaps in her mid twenties, lovely girl, and an asset to the hotel.

No hot water in the morning for hygiene and also there was no breakfast in the morning due to the boiler not working but they refunded the breakfast cost without query. Very helpful male receptionist on our arrival

Does what it says on the tin...clean rooms, bed linen & towels and good food Staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was very good on the first morning but bit of a problem in the kitchen second morning meant only continental breakfast available still fine and staff were very apologetic. Good location for Westfield shopping centre and easy access to underground station. Very enjoyable stay.

Simple, relatively small rooms, shower but no bath. Negative was no air con and it was a muggy night when we stayed so the little desk top fan provided didn`t help that much. Positive was the unlimited breakfast which was good quality and very good value for London.

For what we paid we could not complain- clean and comfortable and an excellent breakfast

Staff when we arrived were excellent although it took 3 tries with the key card for someone to inform us keeping it near our phones or other cards would wipe it which was not very convenient when we arrived back late from a show to find we couldnt get in to the room again. breakfast was fine but on the day we were leaving the coffee machine wasnt working and the fruit juice machine was onling providing water from every option, when mentioned to staff all we were told was that they would get to it which was no good to us as we had to leave early for our flight. rooms were clean and tidy, beds ok for comfort but the room was stifling hot and the fan supplied extremely noisy

The staff at this hotel were brilliant, every one of them. The room and bed were great but on a hot day it could really benefit from air-con. Breakfast was great too.

I booked the package as a Christmas present for my son and daughter in-law. Stayed on 30th Jan 2016. The carpets were filthy, food crumbs all over the floor, so obviously not cleaned. The room was freezing, as the heating didn`t work. The requested to move but the staff refused. Do not stay here, you will be very disappointed.

Bit far out from the West End, but good hotel and great breakfast

Very good value for money, only comment would be to put hair dryers in rooms! I was lucky had the last one but would have had to go and buy one otherwise, think they should be pretty standard these days. Staff very polite and friendly.

A pleasant and functional room for the night and a splendid breakfast in the morning. The staff were helpful and obliging from arrival to departure.

As a place just to get your head down this hotel does the job nicely. Its not flash but nice and clean with friendly helpful staff and good buffet style breakfast

The hotel was very nice and reception staff very good on arrival. However the night staff could do with some customer service training. Sometimes they were nowhere to be found. Could also benefit from phone in the room.
