"Great value + friendly helpful staff"

A mile walk from town so if the weather isn`t dry and sunny it would be a bit too far out. Breakfast was great value, rooms were well decorated and the beds very comfortable! Would stay again - great value!

"Lovely rooms"

The rooms were great, spacious, clean and comfy, breakfast was good, great location. downsides were dinner in the bar was awful, steak was still cold and bloody when asked for medium, I don`t think it`s a hotel for couples but for Young groups who want to party till 4 in the morning, so sleep was very limited aNd broken due to the noise, screaming and drunks slamming doors and loud music being played by young girls in the hall way of our landing. would be a fantastic hotel if you would choose your guests carefully as you can see improvements are being made.

On arrival in our rooms, my family and I were disappointed to see we had been given `smoking` rooms. If given an option I always request `non-smoking` rooms. However on speaking to the staff on reception we were promptly moved to non smoking rooms without any fuss. The rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. The hotel is ideally situated for a short stay in Dublin, being walking distance to the city centre and the Dart railway. The best thing about the hotel was the breakfast which was both plentiful and delicious.

"Enjoyable stay."

As the room was ready when we arrived (we were hoping to leave our cases and return later) they let us check in straight away. Staff were very helpful, beds were comfy and the breakfast was one of the best I`ve ever had. The fried food was fresh and kept hot without drying out (the bacon was excellent quality). We found the location good as it was about a 10 mins walk into the centre and just a few mins from the Docklands area with its lovely bars, theatre and restaurants.

"Excellent hotel. Definatley recommend! Very clean & well presented, excellent service & food. "

One of the cleanest hotels I`ve stayed in. Bathroom was spotless & roomed cleaned everyday. Excellent customer service always willing to help, sell discounted bus tours and where helpful with locations, places to visit & taxis. Breakfast was really good and a good bar and restaurant that would def recommend. It is a short walk to the city centre but one straight road takes about 15 mins but some great site to see on route & only a 2 minute walk from the Docklands & Avaia Stadium. Overall above all expectations and would def recommend.

"The stay was for a course - so the room and bathroom were clean. Staff friendly"

The hotel was staffed y friendly people. The room clean and spacious. Bathroom was cleaned well, but they changed the towels everyday. The restaurant is what let the hotel down. There was a limited menu in the evening and breakfast somewhat limited - no fresh fruit only tinned. Wi-Fi very expensive for time period.

"Good Choice"

We have had a fab time the hotel was beautiful, the room was lovely, clean and comfortable, staff were very helpful and friendly, we had breakfast booked with our room and it was great and plenty to choose from or just have it all if you wanted, we had our evening meals in the resturant the steak arrived to the table on a slate that was still cooking and chips in their own chip basket, the meal was really tasty just perfect, We would stay here again without a doubt, and would defently recommend, our first stay in Ireland was made very special thank you.
