Customers get a false picture of the Jury`s Inn in Manchester if you don`t use all feedback, negative as well as positive, therefore giving it a better (false) review score!!

Overall .. all good ( room / facilities etc )Only downside was slightly slow food service in bar area, but then again it was a night when both Man Utd and Man City were on TV

Great hotel

Wish I could have stayed for a longer period.

The reception staff were very polite and helpful the room was clean and comfortable although the extractor in the shower room didn`t seem to work and the breakfast was delicious compared to theb following day when we stayed at the Holiday Inn in Warrington which was a modern day Faulty Towers!!!

Lovely hotel friendly staff, we`ve stayed before that`s why we came back. good positioning for getting everywhere.

Our stay at Jury`s was great. due to the severe weather our initial room was chilly but was changed straight away without fuss. I have to comment on the staff who were really friendly and helpful. The receptionist who dealt with us couldn`t have been more pleasant which was very refreshing. Rooms were comfortable, clean and warm. we had breakfast for £8.50 which we felt was good value as there was an excellent choice. Would definately book Jury`s again. thanks to all who made our stay most welcoming.

Injoyed my stay. The staff were a good help

Very clean hotel and staff were very helpful. Well priced compared with other hotels in city centre. Free safety deposit at reception was particularly useful to store valuables. Hotel was mostly quiet but having a room opposite the lift is not good when noisy guests come back late at night.

Nice hotel in a great location for Manchester city center, We were there for the 30 years of Sandinista by the Clash celebrations at the other side of town but it was only a 15 mins walk through the center of town. No complaints about the hotel at all but biscuits are nice when you get em! Parking in the discounted NCP across the road is still steep, cost me £22.00 for 30 hours parking with a bit of searching I`m sure you could get a better deal. Would definately return.

Hotel is in excellent locaton in central Manchester. The room was spacious and very good value for central Manchester. The breakfast was reasonably priced. Would definitely stay there again.

Stayed here for a night as part of 2 couples, hotel lovely, very helpful and friendly staff, good location. Could fault it and will definitely recommend & return!!

Hotel itself was very clean, of a good standard and excellent value for money. only problem was that when we arrived they had overbooked, and offered to find an alternative one but that was at the airport 25 minutes away. luckily we had friends who ended up sharing so we could stay. hotel offered free breakfasts and taxis as a gesture of goodwill which helped!!

We will stay again next time we visit Manchester

Reception efficient but lacked warmth.Bedroom heat/air con. noisy.Bath tap (cold) seized up -could not be turned on.Downstairs bar chilly and lacked atmosphere.Food and house wine mediocre.

only stayed overnight but enjoyed our stay.very clean room and large bathroom,the staff were also polite and helpful.would stay again.

The room was clean and tidy. The TV didn`t work. The early morning receptionist was very brusque and not at all friendly and welcoming when I rang to ask for information. The people in the bar and restaurant were helpful.
