A very comfortable, clean hotel with friendly helpful staff. Excellant breakfast. Location is great as it`s within walking distance of most city centre attractions. I would recommend this hotel and will stay there again on my next visit to Dubin

Corridor which ran under the road was very uneven, but other than that hotel was excellent

Stayed in a family room, plenty of space and beds comfortable. Would say the bathroom could do with modernising and cleaned to a better standard. Staff very helpful and friendly. Had breakfast on morning of arrival, not worth 9 euros and you can buy cheaper outside. However I would probably use the hotel again, good value for money.

When I booked Cassidys, I was looking for a hotel, close to the centre and attractions, but at a reasonable price. When we walked in, we were greeted by friendly and efficient staff who made the check in process very simple and efficient. When we arrived in the room, it appeared basic but ample for what we wanted as it was just a place to clean up and sleep. However, the bathroom mould did put us off a little, as did the overall decor of the room.All this hotel needs is a bit of a clean up and a lick of brighter/fresher paint.

Great location, rooms clean and good value for money. Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was fine on the first day but on the second several of the items including the egg looked completely inedible so staff need to carefully check consistency of what is coming out of the kitchen. The black and white pudding was warm but looked uncooked so may have been microvaved?

Great location for getting around Dublin. Room clean, warm and comfortable. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Hotel restaurant good food and reasonably priced. Took advantage of the complimentary Dublin Bus Tour tickets which were a nice touch. Would stay again and would recommend it to friends.

The room was a reasonable price, and very quiet, clean and comfortable. We found staff friendly, approachable anf helpful. Location was perfect for us. We would stay at this hotel again in the future.

Good hotel, excellent staff very helpfull. Only one complaint the bedrooms were too hot but this wouldn`t prevent me from stopping there again.

Cassidy`s Hotel was highly recommended to me and I was not disapointed when I stayed there. Every member of staff that I met was friendly and efficient. The Hotel is comfortable, well situated and provides a good menue. It is provides excellent value.

Hotel was excellent with helpful staff

The room itself was a bit shabby (broken toilet handle, torn duvet cover..) but it was clean and the staff was very kind and helpful. Not a bad place to stay at all.

My partner and myself recently stayed for three nights at Cassidys Hotel. We chose this hotel as we had stayed there previously and were very satisfied. We were not disappointed this time as we were met with the same high standards and had no complaints whatsoever. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The staff were all very helpful, pleasant and approachable. Every aspect of this hotel made our stay in Dublin all the more enjoyable. If I have one criticism (and this is a small one), we did find that our room was a little too warm and the heating seemed to be set on high, therefore had to leave the windows open to allow some cool air to flow through. Thank you Cassidys Hotel we will definately be back some time in the near future!

The room was comfortably furnished, but even with the heating off it was absolutely boiling hot...The view was dismal overlooking a rooftop generator of some sort and lots of cabling.Couldn`t get any hot water early in the morning ie. @ 05.00hrs for a shower before our flight. Pipes sounded like they were in trouble......Other than that it was clean, good beds, reasonable service but no charm. I`ve been in friendlier Travel Lodges. Really well placed in the town to use as a base for sight-seeing, and the bus service was excellent.

Good location, pleasant and friendly staff, very comfy beds but only comment dressing table hadn`t been polished in some time there was a thick layer of dust. But overall very good value for money

Lovely hotel, friendly helpful staff (bar staff were exceptional), very clean rooms well equipped, good central location, lovely atmosphere in hotel bar. All in all good budget accommodation, no complaints!

5 star service in a 3 star holiday. breakfast is lovely. the rooms are comfortable. the staff are friendly and helpful and the hotel is very well situated to do bus tours etc. Overall a very good experience and I would stay there again if I return to Dublin. Well done.

we liked the hotel the food was very good, breakfast a buffet and it was really good, the evening dinner was also good and we ate there every evening 19 euros for 2 courses plus a glass of house wine. The only complaint I can think of is the bathroom in the room it needed an overhaul , apart from that I would return to Cassidys

You get what you pay for, No complaints, have stayed once before will consider staying again,
