Wow from arrival to departure all one can say is excellent service to be sure to be sure!! Would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Dublin.

Very accommodating Pleasant reception staff. When approaching my room, I found the neighbours very noisy. I returned to the front desk & the young man immediately gave me a lovely new room. Room service excellent from the order taker to delivery to the wonderful food. This is why I come back every time DJ

"Lovely Room"
Did not look like much on the outside, but inside was lovely.When first checking in, I was told by the front desk manager, that they had over-booked.. I informed her that I had made reservations long in advance. She offered to put me at The Gresham, I declined. Other than that I enjoyed my stay. I was on business searching for venues for my daughter`s large wedding. This may be a consideration, however, if over-booked this easily, I have my concerns.

"Would stay Again,Well worth a visit"
From check in to checkout 4 days later i had no issue at all.Very pleased with this hotel,all the staff well presented and very helpful and friendly.Rooms are in excellent order,very fresh,clean and well appointed.Only ate in the bar area but menu was very good and the food itself was well presented and very tasty.Breakfast was also excellent with a vast choice to eat.Overall could not fault this hotel and will be back,no question about that.

Only disappointment was the coffee at breakfast. Staff very helpful, friendly and professional. Good room large and clean. We enjoyed the 15 min. walk into the city.
