"Good budget hotel with aspirations of grandeur not quite realised, some distance from the centre"
Pleasant public areas, small(ish) but clean and functional rooms and professional, helpful and well-mannered staff. Competitively priced but poorly located for the main sights (although the metro is 5 minutes walk). Biggest disappointment is the shower cubicle that is small and antiquated though water pressure is fine. Would recommend for budget short city breaks and business trips. Breakfast, as is often the case in Rome was unexciting.
