Hotel was great, even dealt with a mistake with booking agent
Wonderful location -high standards throughout - friendly, efficient staff (special mention to STAZ - doorman - lovely guy )
Fantastic service, staff very helpful beautiful hotel would definitely return
good central location
A truly 5 star experience not to be missed, right in the heart of Dublin. Friendly efficient staff, even standard bedrooms are a luxury, and all public areas have been recently tastefully refurbished. The Wilde Restaurant offers a top quality varied menu.
While Hotel Direct website indicated complimentary parking this was not the case. Parking for two days cost 40 euro.
On arrival at the hotel I was told that the 2 rooms I had booked were not yet ready. My party deposited our luggage with the concierge before leaving the hotel to find refreshment. The receptionist told me that she would ring my mobile once the rooms were ready. Check in was supposed to be at 2.00pm at 3.30pm I still had not heard from the hotel so returned to question why there was such a delay. One room was made ready but I did not get to check into my room until 5.30pm! The duty manager was very apologetic and kindly provided my party with a complimentary meal in the hotel restaurant that evening...but we lost a whole afternoon out of the weekend as we were waiting around so we could unpack and freshen up! Not good, especially as we had been travelling since early Friday morning to get there! I would not stay at the Westbury again, especially as the standard of service is not comensurate with the prices charged!
the rooms have been newlydecorated and are beautiful. had a great weekend look after top class.
The Westbury is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in for a long time. The staff are friendly and the place spotless.
Lovely hotel with very helpful staff. The only drawback was that the computer system was down on checkout and although paid fully in cash, had a phone call at home the following day inquriing as to how I had settled my bill and did I want a receipt? Unusual to have a hotel call to see how payment was made!!!
My friend and I spent 4 wonderful days in the Westbury Dublin hotel and can only give full praise to the whole staff of this luxurious hotel. The bedroom was delightfully furnished and absolutely immaculate as was all aspects of the hotel. The selection of food at the buffet breakfast was varied, well presented and delicious. The hotel was ideally situated in the centre of a lively shopping centre. We have every intention of staying in this hotel again should we be visiting Dublin. I must add that as this was my first trip to Dublin I was greatly impressed with the friendliness of everyone we met, shop assistants, waiters, taxi drivers etc. Ireland must be proud of its people. This was our first stay in the Westbury and will most deffinetly be coming back. We ate in the bistro and found the service and food second to none. Breakfast was in our room and again the service and quality was excellent. This is an outstanding hotel and top of our list for our next visit to Dublin.
Beautiful hotel. Top notch service. Perfectly placed. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

Very good stay, good location, beautiful hotel, only problem access to residents bar not available and car park facilities not brilliant
Were in Dublin for a concert so unfortunately didn`t eat at hotel in evening. Would stay again if in Dublin and stay for longer to try restaurant. Breakfast very good and room comfortable. Excellent location.
Service excellent, food excellent, decor and public hotel areas excellent, BUT was expecting more in the room facilities as was advertised - i.e. tea/coffee making facilities, bidet, space in fridge/cooler, etc. Also "noisy neighbours" banging doors and having TV turned on during night hours.
Very helpful with parking, which is difficult especially on busy days. Allowed me to use the gym to take a shower five hours after I had checked out. Even phoned me to say I`d left my passport in the bedroom safe! Received a complimentary upgrade in return for asking politely. I may well return!
A wonderfully relaxing three days very much enjoyed by five ladies. Our only comment would be the absence of tea/coffee facilities in the rooms after two hard days retail therapy! Overall we couldn`t fault the service in any way.
