"Great Stay"
Me, my husband and 2 year old daughter stayed 26th & 27th January 2012. From the moment we arrived the staff were extremely helpful, especially William at the Concierge Service. The room was very clean perfect for our family trip. and I would like to thank all the staff for their assistance and we look forward to returning again in the near future. "Nice hotel-super pool,steam room,sauna"
There were three of us staying in a family room but we had to ask for an extra towel,then an extra glass. Toilet would not flush properly,it was repaired when we asked but still did not flush properly
