great service and hotel overall.

food good hotel room clean but the bed was the worst bed that I have ever slept on you really need to look at the mattress it was like sleeping on the floor.

I had broken my foot and needed assistance, the staff were wonderful, food very good, hotel clean and comfortable, I would recommend it.

Rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. Food is good and staff friendly and helpfully. I will definitely stay here again when in London.

I have stayed at the Antionette Kingston on a few occassions and each time the staff have been welcoming, the room comfortable and the service exceptional.

We shall certainly book in the future as it is so central for everything. Also the gardens are a pleasure to sit in and have a drink. A very friendly place, ideal situated for London, Hampton Court and all tourist attractions. Also we thought it was value for money for the area.

We had a very nice stay at the Antionette. staff were friendly food good and rooms clean, one negative tv in room projecting into room to much quite dangerous.

Ghastly tatty rooms and poor quality shower. Poor insulation/soundproofing between rooms.Friendly reception and staff but a depressing place nonetheless. The breakfast room so ugly with flouncy liver coloured fabrics on buffet and accessories.Usual greasy fare supplemented by fruit and cereals. The worst bread and coffee imaginable.

would be excellent if there we can find hair shampoo and more shower gel. But was clean , warm and really cosy. I`m sure I`ll use it again.

Staff were excellent, hotel reception area was lovely, but unfortunately let down by the mattress in 309 needing replacing and security needs tightening.

Hotel was nice and clean, but prices are a con as breakfast is not included. £16+ for a buffet breakfast for two is a bit much....

Good overall hotel. I found it a little far from London. Would have liked a map of the Surboton area sooner. The blond girl at the desk who recommended a ride on the number 65 bus was very pleasant and helpful.

Have found the staff extremely helpful and friendly, the rooms lovely and clean, would recommend.

No air con in the room! It was extremely warm and the fan provided in the room caused noise and wind!

Everything was cool I enjoyed it. Probably you can add full menu instead of munchies during the time from 11pm to 5am because usually a resident wuld be exausted and dying to eat but options are limited. Also, some light was coming from the window which was a bit annoying. Another thing, the TV`s remote control was not working. In addition, I had difficulties finding the hotel address probably you should clarify that there is no underground station near the hotel. Apart from that everything else was nice and comfortable.

The staffing was excellent, the reception food was served hot and the waiters were all very courteous.There was a problem with the television which we pointed out in the hotel`s own survey. The only good programme reception was for BBC1 and the television was fixed looking down at the bed. If we had wanted to watch it from the chairs in the room we couldn`t have done. Fortunately we were only staying overnight and didn`t have any time to watch a lot of television.

Very friendly atmosphere, great facilities, very nice area, enjoyed every moment of my stay at Antoinette Hotel.

overall stay was nice, but on requesting an item for my room at reception, i found the receptionist quite ignorant in her communication with me, as she was on the reception phone and her mobile at the same time !

This hotel iswonderful to get a relax sleep after a long day in London Center seeing all the famous places. The service is very good and th room are really clean. The train station is not very far and can connect you to all the places that you want to visit. I enjoyed my stayt here.

the stay was very nice, the hotel was clean and tidy and the staff were very helpful and polite. the only complaint i had is wen my husband and i were sleeping, housekeeping walked in with no warning and lets just say that my husband was in a very embarresing situation, but we would definately come back
