Awesome and comfortable and just the ticket post 16 hour flight. Only downside was a random issue that closed the restaurant just after our arrival but that couldn`t be helped. The staff were fantastic and the bed super comfy. Would certainly stay again.

We were very pleased with the service we received, staff very friendly and helpful. Facilities particularly the pool and spa were lovely. We had very noisy neighbours for one night during our stay, but don`t consider this the fault of the hotel.

The hotel was close to the Hounslow Central tube stop (Piccadily line) which made getting to Heathrow easy. The room was neat and the staff friendly.

When booking, the hotel was described as "Luxury". Very false advertising. While the room itself was clean, it was very cheaply renovated, and incredibly tiny! (no room to walk around the bed). Would have been better to stay at Yotel. The lift and corridors were very dirty with food scraps and dirt on the carpet, and the carpet was not properly attached to the floor. It did have friendly service, the only good thing.

the staff were very helpful and polite, the hotel was very close to the station. lots of shops near by and airport only 3 stations from hounslow.. good value

Seldom have I been in a hotel with such helpful staff. They could not do enough to assist, they were always cheerful and positive. Room was good too! Full marks to them.

Underground easily accessible; accoommodation clean and with tea and coffee making facilities, safe and mini bar (but no food, just drinks); gym very well equipped with state-of-the-art equipment; continental breakfast included pancakes, freshly baked croissants and pastry, fruit, cereal, cheese, and cold meats - excellent!only negative: one lift which was very slow; no room service for those who prefer to eat in private, but restaurant was great

Difficulty understanding the frontdesk clerks who all seemed to have heavy accents - eastern european and indian, which would work well for guests from those areas, but not much help to Canadians & Americans. The manager`s interpretation was wonderful. Great restaurant meals there, but once again the language/accents issue was a problem.

The hotel was quite comfortable. We had gone to London for a short 3-day trip. So this was a really convenient location as it was close to the Hounslow Tube station. The service at the hotel was quite good. Would definely stay there again if the prices are right!

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very polite and helpful. The breakfast was adequate and the leisure facilities were excellent. This was a good location with the tube only a minute away. Value for money we could not fault it.

this is not what i would consider a 4 star hotel. the sink drain didn`t work. i couldn`t find the tv remote. initially had to change rooms and difficulty with the shower in the a.m..........staff wasn`t super friendly or accommodating. i definitely would not stay there again and think it`s false advertising to say this is a 4 star hotel.

GREAT VALUE

This hotel has a lot of pluses. One or two minuses e.g some rooms the shower pressure low at peak times, & only one smal lift to serve 6 floors . Small car park on ground floor gets busy, but there is another one not far away. Golds gym is great , lots of space & equipment - & styudios .can watch the plane & tubes from exercise bikes. Food in restaurant v good- recombed red snaper ith corgete `spagetti` & Lamb with Veg `taglatele` . Fresh fruit for breakfast also good. V near tube. Staff are all lovely- v helpful- Ive been back 5 times & will go again when I nexrt need to work in area.

This hotel is perfect for business travellers to London.Do not let the exterior fool you. Never judge a book by its cover.My stay was just what was needed. Quiet,Comfortable and good value.

Service in the Continental was brilliant from start to finish,easy check in, room was perfect, any queries I had were answered straight away, the restaurant was great, really good with great service, food was fab both for dinner and breakfast, with lts of tea provided at breakfast time. Many thanks to the girl on reception who gave me her own umbrella when the Hotel umbrellas were in use.Proximity to Heathrow Airport was brilliant especially when you have an early morning flight. Definitely to be recommended.

Booked as a `secret hotel`. The room was basic but adequate. The mattresses on the beds were atrocious and made for a very bad nights sleep. We had an earlyish flight and we only had the option of a cheese, egg or ham sandwich to take away. However, tea/coffee available in room or on request at reception. Not the best 4* hotel near Heathrow.
