What a wonderful experience. On arrival I was upgraded from a single room to a junior suite which was a pleasant surprise! The staff was very courteous and were always willing to answer my questions and offer support. The shuttle bus was very convenient and always on time. I would not hesitate to use this hotel again and would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. Thank you.
Door cards did not work, telephones in room did not work despite engineer coming to fix them, no kettle in room, wifi not working - had to dial reception and room service from our own phones at overseas rates, bar fridge empty, no hot water at all, only two large towels in room when there were three occupants. Our friends wanted to stay at this hotel with us - but inexperienced staff member quoted them incorrect rates for two night stay and wrote it down on piece of letterheaded paper. When they came to book in hotel service manager refused to honour the rate quoted after our friends and their kids had driven 12 hours to be there!!!
