Lovely room great value

Myself and nine of my friends booked to stay in xxxxx Blu Hotel in Belfast. Brillant experience from start to finish. The staff were lovely, welcoming and made us feel at home. The rooms themselves were excellent, myself and another member of the group stayed in the Business Class rooms of the hotel. I have to say all the hotel rooms were lovely, clean, trendy and spacious. It is also very central so we had easy access to pubs, restaurants in the City Centre. Will definitely recommend staying there

Entrance to hotel could do with being revamped carpet had ravels on it this was highlighted to reception staff. Rooms excellent though.

Very enjoyable stay. Staff very friendly. Room spacious and well appointed. A short taxi ride away from main nightlife. Only drawback was large air-con unit outside at ground level - a little noisy but bearable. Overall - would recommend this hotel.

We were staying for one night in Belfast because it was a closer location to a wedding we were attending and gave us an opportunity to have a night out without the children. The rooms were large and very clean, there were robes and slippers in the bedrooms, the bed was massive and it was comfortable. The staff were professional and friendly, the restaurant had amazing food. It was a bit pricey but seeing as we were sort of on a `date` we had dinner there anyways. The food was gorgeous and the restaurant is spacious and light and we had a table by the window so we were able to look out over the water. Definitely worth a try!

the place was empty, but for a bus tour from mullingar, lovely site but thats it, prime place for a nama takeover

Good location, lovely hotel, but the room needed a better cleaning. There were marks on the dresser top and shower gel on the bathroom Walls, just needed more time spent on cleaning after each guest.

The hotel was very comfortable... of a very high standard... no complaints about accommodation at all. Cannot comment on food as we did not eat in the hotel. It is a bit of a walk into the city centre though and a taxi is probably needed if you have bags etc on tow... especially at night. Factor in the cost of taxis when booking.

My wife and I visited for a concert by Andre Rieu and his orchestra. We wanted a centrally located hotel near to the Odyssey with good standards. We could not have picked better. Easy to get to the hotel from either the M1 or M2 motorways. Parking provided onsite with a reduction for hotel guests. As we arrived Andre`s tour bus was leaving to go to the concert. " If it was good enough for him - it would be fine for us". Staff were very welcoming, service with a smile, and as their slogan goes `Yes we can`We had a snack meal in the bar which was very good, we did not have sufficient time for dinner, although the menu was inviting.We would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Great location within 10 mins walking distance into the heart of Belfast. Hotel excellent friendly staff and fab food would highly recommend this hotel and will be back!

Hotel was lovely and had great facilities and comfortable room, staff were very helpful but it was located in the middle of nowhere

Staff excellent

Had an excellent stay that was only marred by a 25 pound service charge added to the restaurant and drinks bill.

Needs more smoking rooms available, 4 not enough, would put me off staying again if smoking room unavailable.

light over writing not working, bath stopper difficult to turn, could do with a larger duvet on bed. or a extra blanket in store.

Very central. Room beautiful. Great bath. Staff most helpful.Hotel subsidize the high parking rates.
