A most excellent and enjoyable stay. the performance and helpfulness of the staff and the hotel facilities surpasses its three star rating. I chose this hotel for ease of access to the motorway and road system.
I was charged varying amounts from 8.30 to 10.60 for exactly the same breakfast, over a 6 day stay. One explanation given was that I didn`t qualify for the "Healthy Breakfast" fixed price because I hadn`t taken a yogurt. That`s the first time I have been charged for not having something. Another time I was charged 1.50 for a half glass of milk which I had taken to put over my cereal (which was of course charged separately). There was no additional charge when, at the till, I had tipped the milk over the cereal!!!! On another occasion I had taken white bread when I should have taken brown. UNBELIEVABLE.
the staff at the hotel were very plesant and helpfull the room was of a verey high standard would just like to say thank you for a realy pleasant stay will be coming back next year a merry christmas and all the best for the new year mrs june smith
We had an awful last night with noise and could not get in touch with any staff to addres the issue
Thought that the hotel was great. Great sized room for myself and three children. Lovely staff with a good attitude. Will stay again. Handy enough to City Centre but plenty of places nearby to eat if you don`t want to endure Dublin traffic
Staff helpful. Ground floor rooms clean and spacious, smoke free with no noise and just the right temperature. I would stay here again and reccomend it to familly and friends.
Overall very good but due to lack of staff friendliness we would not rate it as excellent
Hotel room was lovely no complaints. In restaurant for breakfast was very slow , and when we asked staff for assistance they were not helful bad attitudes.
This stay was good. However basing my rating on a number of stays.
had a great stay would definatly stay again, keep the room servise.

the hotel is great in general, but the smell of stale tobacco smoke lingers throughout. smell a bit like old buses back in the UK
Welcome was very friendly and obliging,staff were helpful whenever asked.Room was of a high standard and was well presented.Would recomend to anybody!
We needed to move rooms and this was very easily done. Very good food, though a bit pricey by UK standards and you`ll need a mortgage if bying a bottle of wine!!
