Was impressed with prompt service in all area`s of the hotel, check in, restaurant, Bar & Lounge. Would recommend this hotel to family`s as staff were very child friendly.

The staff were very friendly and the food was excellent, over all very good value for money, would stay again any time.

Worried at first by distance from Dublin airport and city centre but excellently served by Aircoach from the airport and the tram into St Stephen`s Green is wonderful. Will definately stay here again on my next visit.

Rooms clean, service good, food good, helpful staff.

Only two problems one was a AC lead hinging over the back of the raditor which had visiable Netural and live wire showing. Can not see how the H&S manager or House keeping manager did repot this. the other item in room 124 was on soap at the hand basin, I reported this an hour after booking in, and again that night, and again thefolling day using the room door tag, which I handed into reception. On booking out on the thired morning still no soap, not even a block in place of the liquard. Hotel food very good be pricey. staff very helpful and caring and professional. Would stray again, and have done.
