my only concern was i booked a triple room thinking that it would be three single beds but found a double and a camp bed. Hotel lovely and clean and staff very friendly. Location ideal for city centre.

My partner and I stayed here the Sat before xmas. The hotel was basic but thats what we were looking - we only stayed one night, we were hardly in the hotel, just really somewhere to lay our heads. We wanted somewhere clean, tidy, good location and cheap - this hotel fitted the bill. Nothing bad about the room, you got what you paid for - the bathroom (or shower room) reminded me of a mobile home shower room small and compacted, all be it the shower was a good size. If you were looking somewhere to lay your head, this is the hotel. I probably wouldn`t stay here if I was looking a bit more luxury, but in saying that I would defo stay again for a overnight stay - Good Hotel for the price.Barry, Lurgan

found the hotel to be , clean , comfortable , staff were great! it was warm , plenty hot water rooms were fine for our short stay, fri- mon. it was central for the shopping area , plenty local shops . the first time we stayed in Belfast and we will go back to the Ibis Hotel, got a great rate on our room. would say to antone to try it ..you wont be sorry!! well done Ibis and your lovely staff.

The rooms are very comfortable although I would have liked to have been able to open the room window a bit more and let in some air. The air conditioning in the room was great. The staff were very friendly and very helpful and the location couldn`t be better. Ok it`s not the Ritz but if you`re looking for a nice weekend away for a reasonable price you can`t do much better.

Really good hotel central to shops perfect for one or two night stay. this was 2nd time using hotel and will continue using for or shopping trips.

Really handy to shops. Good value parking in the city park opposite much cheaper than the castlecourt or Victoria centre. Clean rooms compact bathroom. Breakfast deal was 4.80 each for as much as you could eat . You couldn`t beat that anywhere.

VERY COMFORTABLE STAY AT IBIS BELFAST CITY MARRED ONLY BY THE PEOPLE RUNNING,LAUGHING, SHOUTING AND SMOKING IN THE CORRIDOR BREAKING LAMP SHADES ON FLOOR 8 AT 2 IN THE MORNING WITH NO CONSIDERATION FOR OTHER GUESTS LEAVING A DREADFUL MESS FOR YOUR STAFF TO CLEAR UP.

Fantastic location and easy to find in the heart of everything that Belfast has to offer. Friendly and helpful staff available 24/7 - excellent will definitely be back and will reccomend also!

This was our second time staying here and I cannot recommend it enough; my roon was spacious, spotless and well designed. The pod/shower is really roomy which is unusual in a hotel of this price range. We will definately stay here on our next trip to Belfast. One minor complaint was the £20 late eviction fee which didnt apply on our former trip. We deeclined and left at midday.

Excellent overall. Rooms were really nice and clean.Other reviews complaining of too much noise are really over exaggerating. There was a little spill over noise from the corridors in the late evenings, but nothing that would really bother myself.Staff really pleasent.

We wanted to go shopping in belfast and found this hotel to be perfect for the purpose. The location was convienent, just a few hundred yards from the west link with the multi-storey car park adjacent at £5 for 24 hours parking. The shopping district was a mere 5 minute walk. The hotel itself was very clean with friendly staff. The room was equipped with all we required and the bed was comfortable. All in all a very satisfying stay and will stay again.

Arrived about 7pm, checked in and decided to get something to eat in the bar. we ordered soup and toasted sandwich. the toasted sandwiches were good but the soup was only luke warm. The rooms were good value for money and the hotel is in an ideal shopping location. very central.

The hotel was very clean at all times staff are very friendly and it was good to see the security guys on the entrance , good value for money and would recomend it to anyone and it is ideal for all the shops .

great value, the staff were very helpful nothing was to much trouble would stay here again, the only down side was the location it was a bit noisy on an night but through the day great near the shops and taxi right outside and only about 5mins walk from the coach station food and drink in the hotel was good and very resonable, will use again

This hotel is located in the centre of city centre. Easy to access shopping mall. Internet access was included, while booking but when I did check-in they said that there is problem in wifi it may take week or month to fix. Poor service - In my room bath gel was not available and they haven`t provided even after couple of request.

location was exellent central to everything.All the facillities in the hotel were great and the staff were very helpful about what to see and do in Belfast,we were made feel that nothing was to much trouble and would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Belfast.This is the second time I have used Ibis and will definately use them again.

Just had a one night stay at the Ibis,friendly helpful staff very nice quite room with king size bed and great shower.Only downside was the lack of showergel. This hotel was so good that we booked to stay again when checking out.

Good central location, with friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean, tidy and of sufficient size (double). Interesting en suite `pod`, somewhat plasticy , but with very good shower. Remarkably quiet considering its location. Would use it again and also recommend it to others.

A non smoking room had been used by a smoker and the smell was awful. The chambermaid had not cleaned the room by the time we returned at 4pm in the afternoon.Breakfast was good, reception staff helpful, but I would think twice before going back to this hotel.

Had a double room for a girly weekend (2 girls). The room was ample space considering the amount of clothes and shoes we had!! Comfy bed... cool looking room, awesome shower! Highly recommended! : )

hotel is situated right in the city centre,walking distance from everything which was ideal.we went to a concert at custom house square so the walk was only a few minutes!the rooms are great,nice big shower, comfy bed and a flat screen tv.food was nice also.i couldnt find a complaint with the whole set up and would definitely use this hotel again

the hotel is really nice rooms r lovely and staff is nice, but the first nite i stayed the fan in my room was broke an i could not turn it of so the whole nite there was a sound like a tumble dryer and it was blowing out cold air.. got move the next day no one appolagised but the new room was fine, on my last evening we ordered food a pizza and a bar platter the pizza was of it smelt like sour milk it put us of the rest of our food we left it back and again no one appolagised or offered a refund. i was a bit disapointed in that.. but apart from that we had a nice stay and i would stay again..

we had room at back of hotel which was very dark previouse visit room to side and made a lot of difference, room was excellent and very nice staff

Wish we had not reserved and prepaid for breakfast that we did not want and could not get a refund. Otherwise totally satisfied. Hotel compared well with Ibis Hotels we have stayed in in Austria and Germany
