had a great time here at this hotel the rooms are perfect also staff are very friendly and there food is great 2 eat would give this hotel ******* stars would go back again and will tell friends and family about here.

Reception staff were very polite and professional yet extremely friendly and approachable. I found they were more than willing to help with printing out our return flight tickets. THANK YOU very much!Housekeeping staff could be more subtle with filling teabags, coffee, sugar, etc. while we were away from our rooms instead of knocking our door and handing the top ups to us! the cleaning of under the beds would be a great achievement. Overall a very comfortable and convenient stay over in Belfast City! Thank you!

My friends and I booked a 3 night stay in a triple room, at a very reasonable price (was a 3 for 2 deal). We liked the area, was easy to fins, within waling distance of the town centre with some quirky little shops on the way into town. Good bus services run fairly regularly too which we found helpful, as we had flown over and hadn`t rented a car. The room was clean and spacious, had a flatscreen TV, lovely shower, and lots of space. The only criticism with the room would be that the beds were extremely hard - both were doubles and a little painful when you got up in the morning! However the staff were friendly, eager to assist our lack of knowledge about Belfast. We had early flights leaving Belfast, and even at 4.30am, staff were alert and able to help for us to sign out in the morning. We were able to order food at any time of day or night, and breakfast was served from 4.30am - with an option of a takeaway breakfast. Overall, very satisfied.

A very nice hotel with friendly staff, clean rooms and a central location.I did not eat in the hotel, so I am unable to comment wth regard to the restaurant or quality of food.

First night noisy(first floor)-we hadn`t realised you could ask a night watchman to intervene...the next 2 nights were great(on the third floor)....We did leave 2 electric toothbrushes in the first room,which were thrown out.We were given 2 small toothbruhes& toothpastes to make do with.Staff were friendly & helped as much as they could.

My room was at the back of the hotel and therefore quiet. It was clean (room was cleaned and fresh towels etc daily) and all the fixtures and fittings were modern and bright. There were no frills but everything I needed was there, including air con, hairdryer, coffee making facilities etc. I got 3 nights for the price of 2, so £40 a night, which was a fantastic deal. The hotel is very near the university and there are plenty of shops and eating places nearby. The ultimate bonus was that Starbucks was literally 2 minutes away! I would recommend this hotel

firstly i was allowed to check in 5hrs before i was supposed to, which helped a great deal, the staff were all very friendly, lovely accommodation, modern looking and clean. i stayed whilst attending a conference at the uni and would not hesitate staying there again. convenient location as just outside the hustle and bustle of the city centre but within walking distance. 2 mins from the uni, and there are lots of places to eat and drink close by without going into the centre.

Very nice room and facilities, clean and quiet. Great location and easy access to shopping entertainment, places of interest and very good restraunts.

Friendly staff, great location, parking in adjacent streets. AC didn`t work and window doesn`t open far enough to cool room. If that sorted, it would be excellent value for money.

Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast waitress overworked,coffee machine and toaster broken cooked breakfast avialablility not highlighted.

couldn`t fault hotel at all, everyone was really helpful and was able to answere any question I had. Room was nice and fresh, plenty of towels for us and clean ones everyday.
