"Poor location and unhelpful staff..."
Takes an hour+ to get into the centre by bus and metro. Tickets are not available from the hotel and the staff don`t help you getting them. This meant a 30m walk on the first day to find somewhere that sold them. On the plus side the rooms are a good standard.

"Excellent service very clean and comfortable hotel"
Although the hotel a little outsid the centre of Rome there is a very good transport system, the service and the rooms are of a very good standard and i would be very happy to use this hotel again.
