"Warm and friendly staff"
Our stay at The Mint Manchester was a wonderful overall experience...........courteous staff, clean and bright accommodation, delicious food and a festive atmosphere. We will certainly return on our next visit to Manchester, I would highly recommend anyone to stay.

"Pleasant environment and central"
We thought the staff were helpful, the room was a bit jaded, but overall good. I think that charging £15 to park was a bit much.Overall the hotel was good, central. The staff were friendly and helpful a shame you have to charge for parking.

"Excellent no nonsense accomodation"
My wife and I only stayed one night (Saturday) but were impressed by the friendliness and efficiency of all the staff we met. The room was clean with free computer and internet access. Breakfast was good with a range of food on the menu. Overall we would recommend this hotel as it is within walking distance of the City centre and is run very efficiently.

"Great Hotel"
went to saty overnight at the city inn, room was upgraded to a club room for our anniversary & we also got complimentary drinks and card in room. Room was fantastic, on 7th floor, large room with great view, clean, modern and staff very helpful. i would stay at this hotel again.

"Fantastic hotel great service"
Very clean ...fully equiped room. staff were fantastic. Used hotel after night in MEN arena. was about 15-20 min walk away but straight through town. will def be using again. Could not fault this hotel at all.

Nice bar and restaurant and excellent breakfast. Good location with parking over the road. Smart and well equipped rooms. Staff friendly and efficient. Overall excellent value for money.
