Very comfortable stay in this smart hotel which was well located for Olympia and West London, also Kensington. Really friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent - really good choice. Room and facilities clean and comfortable. Bar meals and evening dinner reasonably priced. A very pleasant visit.
Brillant value, the hotel is 5 mintes walkk from th Earls Court Centre and 2 minutes from the High Street where there are lots of places to get some good food. The breakfast was brillant. The staff where friendly and professional. I would stay there again.
Good value (we paid a special offer price). Found the customer service very good, my daughter wanted some hair conditioner and the receptionist supplied it immediately with not charge. The room was very nice but did have some damaged tiles on the floor. One disappointment was the food from room service we ordered two soups - which were lovely - and two margarita pizzas for the children. The children both refused to eat the pizzas which had an awful lot of onions spread in the sauce. Everything else was lovely and we enjoyed our stay.
staff were lovely and very helpful ,anything we asked for was got immediately ! . The room and bathroom were big by London standards and the housekeeping never disrupted our sleep in . If I had to find fault it would be with the toiletries which were not very generous.
My daughter and I with my two grandchildren stayed at NH kensinton Hotel for 3 days. We were very pleased with our accomodation it suited us perfectly. We had a family room which the children loved very clean with everything at hand. The hotel was situated only a short distance from Earls Court tube station which was convenient for us to get around easily. We were very satisfied with everything and would certainly recommend others to stay there. No complaints what so ever. Thank you for a pleasant stay.
Room was a bit on the small size but shower was fab... power power and more power
Good service, excellent facility, clean and commendable
The NH Hotel was a bgreat little find. The staff really helpful, we managed to check-in at 10.30am and when we got to our room we had a suite, the kids loved it, We slept downstairs and up the spiral staircase the kids were on a sofa bed up on their own floor with a bathroom and TV. The only complaint we would have is the bed was slightly hard for both myself and husband but other than that you couldn`t complain all for £105.00. Bargain and thanks very much to Hotel Direct.
Very helpful staff and clean, comfortable room for 3 people. Breakfast good value at £10 if ordered in advance. Convenient location. Would stay again.
the only thing that you dont expect is that you have to give a twenty five pound deposit for every day you are staying which your not told about until you check in.
Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The only negative was that residents could not be served alcohol in the bar after 11pm - and spirits and mixers were very expensive, even for London.
we did not have the tea coffe replenished and when i called down to reception they said they would bring some more and they did swiftly - but only 2 individual pots of milk - no tea bags a small grumble but meant we did not get tea in the morning
Bit disappointed in the breakfast, no fried eggs or beans
breakfast-very, very poor value for money
If you advertise the fact that you have a cocktail bar you should really employ a barman who can make cocktails! It would have been of great benefit to us if the hotel had displays of free street maps of London, tube stations and places of interest readily available for visitors to take and use.
We were very impressed with the lovely clean room with very spacious king size bed. The staff were also very polite. We did not have breakfast in the hotel but very much enjoyed our stay. The bathroom facilities were also very good with a powerful shower.
Would stay again ! found the hotel to be modern very clean and comfortable. Room had everything you could need, ironing board and iron, hair dryer, tea and coffee facilities. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast wasn`t included in our price but not a problem used Gregory`s up the road who did two full english breaksfast for £10!Hotel located well for the Albert Hall and museums would definately use it again if coming to something at the Albert Hall.
We enjoyed our stay very much. Particularely appreciated the endless sunday.
We were very happy with the hotel; its location was convenient and the accommodation and service provided was excellent.. We would definiitely recommend this hotel to others.
Everything was of a high standard. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.Lovely fluffy white towels, very clean room and comfortable beds. The only complaint would be the price of the breakfast it was too expensive for us especially as my sister is vegetarian and we don`t have large appetites .The bus stop was very convienient right outside the hotel to take us into the West End as we are` recycled teenagers` and have free bus passes.
We were woken in the early hours by really noisy guests so my only complaint would be of them and perhaps they should have been asked to be quiet by hotel staffI will definately stay at this hotel again as I thought it was very good value
Very clean hotel (any place we saw). Our room on 6th floor very spacious and had unexpected sitting area. Also very close to tube- Earl`s Court-.Staff efficient and friendly. Lighting outside entrance should be better -steps dangerous when dark - and air conditioning wasn`t working in our room. Lucky that weather was cool. Would stay there again
Great rooms, cheap parking, fantastic service what more can you ask for
Our first room was very damp and smelled awful but as soon as we alerted the staff we were moved. Second room was fine. It is clean and convenient and the staff were all lovely.
Very friendly, helpful staff - very good quality rooms, very clean, excellent facilities with a great shower. Within 5 minutes walk to Earl`s Court Tube Station - easy access via Piccadilly line direct to theatres within 10-15 minutes. Would certainly be very happy to stay here again in the future. Only slight criticism was the what seemed very expensive breakfast option, £18 each for breakfast seemed a little pricey, especially when considering there are numerous restaurants very close by that offer excellent breakfasts at just a fraction of the price. All in all a good stay and would recommend.
These are small points that would I believe help1 - room 115 - the tile grout in the floor was missing - it felt sharp under bare feet and would be hard to clean2 - room 115 - the minibar was not working - on such a hot day and night - it was a real shame the drinks were not cold.3 - re breakfast - it would be helpful to have extra knives available rather than have to askAs mentioned - I was impressed with the hotel ethics and approach - I really liked the fun statements on the lift face and the mirror - many thanks
Helpful and pleasant staff.
Perfect location with Knightsbrige just a 15 minute walk away..Bedroom was spacious but let down by a very hard, uncomfortable bed. Nice bathroom with a great walk in shower.
Room OK for the rate I paid (£150) but not exceptional.TV in room far too small as was the TV in the bar area - my TV at home is bigger. Also for a 4 start I would expect a greater range of entertainment in the room, eg. more TV channels, and free wi-fi.Breakfast at £18 is ridiculous.
Well positioned for various sight seeing, ideal for our visit to the Albert Hall.
nice hotel, but wasnt expecting to be told they were no available rooms on arrival(at midnight) due to a "flood".had read that nh hotels have a habit of shifting customers to another hotel whenever it suits them and knew they were lying so told them i wasnt going anywhere as they had already debited my account, and they had better find me a room.after dealing with a rude, smirking guy for about 15mins,another customer arrived and to my amazment checked in without a hitch,at this stage i refused to deal with said member of staff any longer and finally got to speak to a more senior member of staff, who eventually found us a room.not the kind of welcome one looks forward to on arrival at a 4* hotel, however on returning to our room there was an apology note, complimentary drinks and 2 breakfast vouchers.would stay at an nh hotel again as they are usually clean and modern and good value, but will make sure to call ahead be sure my room is waiting for me,more like a nice 3*.
