I was a little dissapointed with the hotel, and would have excpected more from a Hilton. There were several issues with the room; The carpet was filthy, and there were lots of dirty stains on the ceiling. The beds had feather and down duvet and pillows, which I was not aware of. The beds were on casters and moved when you turned over in the night. The window was stiff and very noisy when opening. There were hairs in the bath tub and in the sink when I arrived. The bathroom door did not close properly, and there were hairs on the floor. The bathroom and the bedroom were very tired, and in much need of decoration.

Great location for city centre and train station. Friendly staff. Hairdryer and phone in room didn`t work (Room 926). Bathroom nearing end of life but an enjoyable stay made so by the staff.

Well located, with its own parking (which gets rather full on a Saturday night). Rooms are a bit dated, but everything works. Staff were very good : helpful,confident, and knowledgable. Food was good, breakfast a buffet.

Room was clean, well appointed and stylish. General areas of hotel were also well kept. Pool and spa was small but pleasant. Some of bar staff needed to cheer up!

Pleasant Staff, Modern Rooms, reasonably sized, excellent facilities, brilliant location in Leeds City Centre, expensive breakfast, try BHS or Debenhams just 5 mins up the road for half the price!

Bearing in mind the price of the room we were satisfied with the stay. We were able to check in early, the room was very quiet and the staff efficient. Yes, the room could have done with up-dating but all we wanted was a quiet, comfortable room for a short break and in this regard the Hilton Leeds City was fine. We would stay again.

I would suggest that you add walking directions from the train station as it took me quite a while to locate the hotel.

Would of expected a little more maybe a bit more luxury with the furnishings with it being the Hilton, but overall experience very good, and the bed was wonderful.

It was just OK. I was disappointed with; the room service food. My hair dryer did not work. My bed was on wheels and kept moving which was quite amusing to begin with but then rather annoying

Clean hotel with helpful & friendly staff. Great central location. Only downside is tightness of car park corners.

Good facilities and customer service on front desk. Bathroom not as clean as would have liked and the tub on the small side though the rest of the hotel was fine.Car Park charged incorrect fee £28.00 for 24hrs and 15 minute stay - doubled after 15 min! Was told by reception when buzzed from car park that the charge was incorrect, went back up to r4eception and they refunded £14 in cash - ver y pleased. Thanks a lot for a great weekend.

Extremely good value for money. Conveniently located behind station with easy access to city centre. Parking problematic, but if traveling by train, this problem does not apply! Our room & bathroom were small, with shower over bath - however, for the price we paid, I`m not quibbling.
